Ordering

Embroidery costs are affected by 2 factors – set-up cost and the complexity of the embroidery.

Corporate embroidery must be digitised in a .EMB format. These files are used every time your logo is embroidered. If you do not have a digitised version, Workthreads will design your logo in the embroidery format (incurring an additional charge).

Quote

In order to quote embroidery of your logo, please provide the following:

• Picture of your logo
• Approximate size
• Quantities

Artwork

In order to produce a sample, please advise us of the correct PMS colours of your logo. We will send you an approval form with an attached sample.

Production

Production starts after we receive the garments to be embroidered and the logo has been approved.

• Turnaround for individual customers is 5 to 10 working days.
• Turnaround for wholesaler customers is per agreement.

Delivery

Your goods can be delivered via courier or collected from our premises.
